He has worked with the city and the Factory 52 developer.”It’s just goes to show that Cincinnati like other pockets in the Midwest, are expanding,” Fritzhand said. “Folks from East Coast, West Coast are realizing that there’s a lot of opportunity here. There’s a lot of excitement about growing businesses here, a lot of incentives.”As the second phase begins, all parties are making sure that zoning measures are clear for the project moving forward. People who live in Norwood are already anticipating its impact on the area.City leaders tabled the expansion item Wednesday during a planning commission meeting, saying they need to do the necessary homework upfront to make sure it’s a win-win situation when it comes to zoning to complete the project.
